Turkey Trot 2004 - 1st race since Girard Dan Rice Days 10K while in college - 5K Run - Nov 25, 2004 - 181 lbs - 29:58 (trapped by walkers, took minutes to go first 1/10th of mile) = 9:40 / mi - 246th out of 455 overall, 16th out of 19 in age division - Carolyn's first race ever!
